20/1000 Liner Profile

The 20/1000 is a shallow-ribbed steel liner sheet, manufactured at our Highbridge, Somerset facility for use as the internal skin of built-up roof and wall systems. With a 20mm rib depth and 1000mm cover width, it supports the insulation layer and provides a clean internal finish. With side and end laps sealed, it also contributes to the system's air and vapour control. It is available in 0.4mm, 0.5mm, and 0.7mm gauges, in white or black, and supplied cut to length to reduce end laps and waste on site.

The profile suits agricultural, industrial, and commercial buildings, from livestock housing, grain stores, and machinery sheds to warehouses, factory units, and trade counters. White improves internal light levels, while black suits exposed soffits where a darker finish is specified. It is also used to over-line existing single-skin roofs and walls during refurbishment, and for ceilings, canopy soffits, and internal partitions.
